Warranty claims include: defects in parts, detachment, poor finishes, incorrect assembly, among others.
The following are not covered by the warranty: color changes in the pieces, cracked or broken glass due to misuse or impact.
What is the exchange and return policy?
You can request exchanges and returns within 30 days after receiving your order. In addition, all our jewelry pieces come with a 6-month quality guarantee.
Products to be returned must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use. It is your responsibility to ensure proper packaging so that the items arrive in good condition at Ikonic Jewelry. We recommend using the original box in which you received your order. If the products arrive damaged, we will not be able to process the return. The shipping cost for exchanges or returns must be covered by the customer.
